…is awarded to Rosalie, frequent commentator over at The Other McCain, for asking the right question in response to Planned Parenthood and NARAL’s reactions to the Gosnell verdict. It’s a question that should be asked even if the trial never happened:
…Could any normal woman work for an outfit like that?
Spot-on and dead solid perfect.
The ideas behind all of the various cliques of Leftism are not normal; they are perverse. They are the exact opposite of the ideas that animate The American Republic.
Where we believe that our rights come from Nature’s God, the Left believes that governments grant rights [really, if they could get away with it, they would call them 'privileges'].
The Left believes that societies should be ruled by a system of ideas [aka: Ideology] and that people can be perfected
We believe that experience, prudence, continuity in action, and an understanding that Man can not be perfected should guide our actions.
The Left believes in breaking totally with the past, in denying it’s positive relevance to living our lives.
We believe, along with Edmund Burke, that ‘Society is a contract between the past, the present and those yet unborn’.
Any variation from the normal, from the sane and the rational, is perverse, and the Left denies such things, therefore, it is perverse.
As it is perverse in the main sense of the word, the Left, not surprisingly, advocates for the perverse in all areas of Life, especially when it comes to the natures of men and women and, frighteningly, when it comes to matters sexual.
