Recently, I attended a twice-yearly meeting of all of the Senior Managers and Executives who work in the section of the branch of state government that I work for.

Team building…metrics…engagement with the public…we’ve formed a committee…facilitate communication…engagement with our fellow workers…networking…we’ve formed a committee…problem solving…metrics…engagement…budget investment modules…we’ve formed a committee…we need to drill-down…salary compression…if we drill-down…we’ve formed a committee…driving change…metrics…make functioning for the 21st Century…we’ve formed a committee…race and implicit bias…implicit bias…we’ve formed a committee…we’ve formed a committee…implicit bias…IMPLICIT BIAS…we’ve formed a committee…we must drill-down…implicit bias….
That last one is the latest fashion — expect to hear more about it in the coming weeks and months ahead.
You see, when we take any action, we are heavily influenced by an Implicit Bias born of, as far as I can suss out so far, White Privilege!!! — gawd, we’re sooo Diabolical.
That nasty and mean and icky Bias colors everything we do and causes us to oppress all minorities all of the time — 24/7/365 [366 for leap years!].
Our meaniness is reflexive — we just can’t help ourselves. It’s hard-coded into us [or, as our Caesar would say, it’s in our DNA].
So…we have to be aware of the fact that we have inside of our Souls a raging and rabid Implicit Bias and then we have to control it, police it…suppress and oppress it. We have to spend every second our lives doing this, otherwise the Outrages will continue and Heaven On Earth will never be achieved.
Frankly, I think the Left won’t be truly, madly, deeply happy until we’re all dead.
