According to the World Health Organization, the top causes of death worldwide have remained pretty stable.
They are, in order, for 2012:
1. Ischaemic heart disease
2. Stroke
3. Chronic obstructive lung disease [COPD]
4. Lower respiratory infections
5. Lung cancer
6. HIV/AIDS
7. Diarrhoeal diseases [not of the mouth, as Leftists and politicians suffer from]
8. Diabetes
9. Road injury
10. Hypertensive heart disease
Now a new cause has come along that may soon give these and the others a run for their money.

Colleen Hufford [of Oklahoma] was not the first western woman beheaded this month. In Edmonton, north London, 82-year-old Palmira Silva, an Italian immigrant, was beheaded by Nicholas Salvadore, also a convert to Islam. Miss Silva’s executioner was reported to have been “inspired” by recent Isis beheadings of westerners. As we know from President Obama, that’s nothing to do with Islam, too. “Nothing to do with Islam” is not yet the leading cause of death in developed nations, but it’s making impressive strides.
Indeed.
And we can thank people like the Nancy-Boy-In-Chief and the Prime Toff Minister for raising awareness of this new cause.
